If you are someone who is easily hurt by the thoughtlessness of others you are probably considered to be a sensitive person. Letting it roll off you like "water offa ducks back" is not something that comes naturally to sensitive people. Listen to your feelings and emotions. If someone hurts your feelings you need to recognize that. You have not done anything wrong. They may not even realize that they have been unkind or unfeeling. Go by how you feel. The most important thing is for you to feel as good as you can as much of the time as possible.
